Stop hosting your personal relationship issues on media-'Ta pang Ma hitmaker admonishes
The "Ta Pang Ma" hitmaker has appealed to the public to desist from posting their relationship matters on social media especially, as a public figure.
He noted that such an attitude can be a bridge to block you from soaring high in the near future.
The Emylink entertainment record label artist,Kwasi Ali Kraja known well in the show business as Tom Taylor said his colleague musicians should look for wonderful stage names instead of using their birth certificate names in the showbiz world.
This is because, any name you use in the music industry must have a good role to play in your career as a musician.
According to him,the 'My Wife video' is the continuation of the Dkumna.
Speaking on Padfm Entertainment show on the 8th June, 2020, he added that,"one must have an agenda every year so you can work hard towards it".
Gonjaland music he said must rise because,we have great sound engineers, DJs /professional presenters who have been supportive.
He thanked the Savannah based sound engineers for the love, patience, understanding, mercy and care given to the artists.
According to the Dkumna hitmaker, laziness is dragging Savannah music backwards.
"Musicians here in Gonjaland are too lazy. They must be up and doing. Is about time artists end discouraging themselves from "I Cannot DO It, No Money, Music Here Don't Sell. They should make use of the social media handles more efficiently and their You Tube accounts to project their music business to reach the world quickly. That is the only way forward for artists to also gain something when they work hard and hit the number of subscribers needed," he noted.
The songwriter pleaded with his colleague to try and shoot videos to complete their work. 'Don't leave your songs hanging and at the end you turn to blame people of Gonjaland because they alone cannot make you famous'...
He further stated that, artists must let go of pride, too known and seek for management and supporters.
According to him, confidence and believe must be part of their life.
He concluded that saying that, "I am active because I rehearse, I listen to others and I'm not lazy".

Resist wrong commands from gov't before you incur the wrath of Ghanaians-NDC to security agencies
The Savannah Regional Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress,Mr.Salisu Be-Awurbi, has admonished the security agencies to forewarn the Akuffo-Addo led government on the dangerous path it's taken this country.
According to him,the adamant insistence of the government of the day to forment trouble through the Electoral Commission in the wake of the deadly Coronavirus is most unfortunate.
He noted that the security agencies would have been rendering service to the nation if they decline from taken wrongful commands from government which may end up not favouring them.
In a strongly worded message, the NDC scribe disclosed that the security agencies may end up incurring the wrath of Ghanaians if they yield to government pressure in the needless attempt to compile a new voters register.
The student lawyer said he knows our men and women in uniform are not happy with the actions and inactions of the government of the day and the EC and are hiding to discuss same in close doors, but can't openly criticise government.
"I know when you want to speak, it is on purpose, crisp and to the point.I know your silent silent speech is loud and deafening. Speak Clearly to your commanders to warn the Government on the dangerous path that they are taking this country through. That you can't resist the fury of the masses and the ravages of Corona Virus Pandemic," he cautioned.
Mr.Bi-Awurbi urged the security personnel of the country to keep in mind that many of their colleagues are already battling with the deadly Coronavirus. Some have also lost their lives to this deadly virus, whilst others are under mandatory quarantine due to the needles exposure they have been subjected to by political superiors.
He said in yielding to the needles pressure from government, our men and women in uniform should remember their families and the peace that all Ghanaians are currently enjoying.
He appealed to the security of the country to prefer dieing in defence of mother Ghana and not a foolish, unconscionable and unreasonable political manipulation and manoeuvres.

NDC's protest against new register a sign of glaring defeat-NPP youth organiser
NDC's protest against new register a sign of glaring defeat-NPP youth organiser
The Savannah Regional Youth Organiser of the ruling New Patriotic Party,Mr.Raphael Akati Mahama, has disclosed that the opposition NDC is smelling yet another humiliating defeat ahead of the 2020 general elections.
This he said is the reason for their unwarranted opposition to the compilation of a new credible register for a successful conduct of the impending 2020 polls.
He said critically assessing the remarkable performance of the government, there is no doubt that the NPP will be given another resounding victory by the discerning Ghanaian considering the magnitude of fulfilled promises and numerous job opportunities created over the period.
According to him,the NDC was only holding onto straws for a glaring, inevitable defeat that awaits them come 2020.
Whilst addressing the youth, the calm and composed youth leader emphasised that the existing voters register is not credible, adding that,"the current register is bloated, over stretched and not fit for purpose".
The country's Electoral Commission he noted,is the only constitutionally mandated body to compile a new register and conduct elections as evident in article 43 (1) of the 1992 constitution.
He said the little Ghanaians and the defeat infested NDC can do is to support the Electoral Commission in its bid to consolidate the democratic gains of the country.
The demonstrations exercise for the new voters register he said, has been successful in the Savannah notwithstanding the little challenges.
The youth commander as he is affectionately called pledged the unflinching support of the NPP youth for the independent Electoral Commission in its quest to making our electoral roll more robust.
He called on the youth of the party in the Savannah Region to participate fully in the all important impending exercise in the interest of credibility and integrity of our electoral system.
Whilst describing the action of the likes of PNC's Bernard Mornah as unfortunate,he enjoined Ghanaians to disregard the war mongering attitude of such characters, since the laws of the country are much awake and alive.
The youth leader further entreated Ghanaians to strictly abide by the president's directives on COVID-19 as implemented by the EC for a smooth conduct of the registration process.

S/R: We'll resist any attempt by EC to disenfranchise our members-NDC Organiser
S/R: We'll resist any attempt by EC to disenfranchise our members-NDC Organiser
The Savannah Regional Organizer of the National Democratic Congress,Mr.Inusah Abdulai, has disclosed the readiness of the party to resist attempts by the country's electoral body to disenfranchise qualified voters in the region.
He said the posture of the Jean Mensah led Electoral Commission gives a clear indication that the body was conniving with the failed NPP government to rig the 2020 election.
Whilst addressing party faithfuls, the field marshal noted that should the adamant Electoral Commission insist on compiling a new voters registration exercise, the NDC will not sit aloof and allow its eligible voters to be disenfranchised.
He described as unfortunate the decision by the Electoral Commission not to pay heed to calls from well meaning Ghanaians,Civil Society Organizations and the National House of chiefs in compiling the new voters register amidst COVID-19.
"The tumbling NPP government has failed to deliver on its mouth watering promises to Ghanaians and hence, has become unpopular. It's unfortunate the Jean Mensah led Electoral Commission has allowed itself to be used as a machine to erode the democratic gains of our country. We will resist any attempt by the compromised EC to rig the 2020 elections by attempting to disenfranchise our members."he said.
The chief mobiliser for the umbrella party also revealed that the ongoing pilot registration exercise in the Savannah Region has been a total failure considering the system failure and network challenges.
He admonished the youth to hold the fort and work hard to deliver victory for President John Dramani Mahama and the various parliamentary candidates of the NDC.
According to him,the NDC is the only alternative that can rescue the people of Ghana from the shackles of poverty and mismanagement of the economy unleashed on the ordinary Ghanaian by president Akuffo-Addo and his hirelings.
He called on party faithfuls and sympathisers to remain resolute whilst the leadership of the party defend the constitution of the Republic and the devilish and war mongering agenda of the Jean Mensah led electoral commission.
It was his hope that the youth will continuo to gauge the mood of supporters and preach the rescuing mission at the grassroot level to consolidate the collective gains of the party.

Canteen assemblyman carries out rehabilitation works
Canteen assemblyman carries out rehabilitation works
The spate of road accidents in Ghana is alarming.Statistics show that an average of seven deaths were recorded for the first month of 2020 from road accidents mainly attributed to reckless driving.
There has been a rise in crashes as reflected in the total reported accident cases of 1,191 in January,2020, as compared to 1,036 cases recorded in 2019.
As part of effort to curb the carnage on the road borne out of reckless riding and overspeeding, the Assemblyman for Canteen Electoral Area,hon.Ananpansah,B.Abraham(AB) has mobilised community support to construct rumble strips in accident prone zones in Canteen.
This forms part of his general rehabilitation works initiated in the electoral area.
The phase two of the construction of the speed bumps coincided with the celebration of Eid-ul-fitr and saw the Assemblyman and his team construct multiple rumble strips along the Canteen-to-gravel pit stretch of road.
Residents of the area have on several occasions raised concerns of overspeeding and reckless riding, which is claiming the lives of many domestic animals in the area and endangering lives and properties.
Responding to the plight of the people, the Development Journalist rallied the support of his Unit Committee members and community in an attempt to arrest the challenge.
The award winning journalist cum assembly man, disclosed that as a local leader,he's with the full conviction that it's always better to be proactive in responding to community challenges even in the midst of limited resources, than to wait for eventualities to occur before reacting.
According to him,the gradual reformation of Canteen is at the core of his heart, adding that,"I want to make Canteen Electoral Area a model and a shining example!Canteen will never be the same again.I want posterity to be the judge,so that, after my tenure of office, you will see that the name of the electoral area would be written in gold to the glorification of God"...
He revealed that, the phase one of the rehabilitation works saw the construction of speed bumps along the Canteen-Grains Board and Canteen Canteen road in response to similar calls from residents of the area.
According to the assembly man, plans are far advanced to contribute his quota to the development of sports in the electoral area and to launch an Assembly Man End of Academic Year Excellence Award Scheme to recognise and reward hard work, excellence and talent.
The honorable man earlier on carried out maintenance works on dilapidated bridges in the electoral area.
He said his source of support is the community, his unit committee members and his committed team members.
The award winning development journalist recognised the contributions of Mr.Francis Ewuntomah of the West Gonja Catholic Hospital, Madam Ernestina Yelkabong of hospital Canteen, the Canteen Youth Caucus of NDC,Alhassan Sulemana;a business man inter alia for the continuous support.
It can be recalled that same period last year, the now assembly man organised a clean up campaign in the electoral area to mark the Eid celebration.
The Unit Committee Chairman,Mr.Seidu Sumaila on behalf of the Unit Committee members commended the Assemblyman for his high level of rallying spirit and development oriented nature.
Describing him as a team player,he noted that with collective support,Canteen Electoral Area will be a better place.
He expressed confidence in the potentials of the assembly to take Canteen Electoral Area to the promised land.
A lot has been done already and there is still more work to be done,he added.

Don't be selective with who to prosecute-Manasseh to Akuffo-Addo
Ace investigative and award winning journalist, Manasseh Azuri Awuni, has challenged president Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo to fight corruption fairly without being selective with who to prosecute.
In reminding the Attorney General about the Zoomlion case,he noted that," what has led these three people at the National Communication Authority(NCA) to jail is just peanuts when you compare it with some of the fraudulent cases involving Zoomlion and his companies".
In an interview with Richard Forgo on Damongo based PAD FM,the anti-corruption campaigner disclosed that as per the evidence available to him,he cannot fault the recent judgement that saw three former appointees of ex-president Mahama with NCA incarcerated for willfully causing financial lost to the state.
The fight against corruption according to him, should not be selective.
He described the former president as his best friend contrary to public opinions.
Mr.Azuri noted that,he voted for president Mahama in the 2016 elections making reference to a book he published titled,"The Fourth John:Reign, Rejection & Rebound,"which was on the administration of the former president Mahama, but said he had to do his work as an objective journalist when he found certain things wrong with his leadership.
The award-winning journalist, whilst practicing with the multimedia group published many controversial stories against the Mahama administration some of which bordered on the then President’s conduct.
Many observers largely from the NDC at the time accused Manasseh of executing an anti-NDC government agenda.
Manasseh denied the accusations saying he has a friendly relationship with former President Mahama and that he admires and respects him.
He crowned the former President as “a gentleman, very tolerant and accommodating,”a real character he said he had written extensively about, adding that,he has a better personal relationship with fomer president Mahama than the sitting president.
