Being a man of his words,Mr.Mutawakilu revealed that he was presenting the 10 mattresses running into thousands of Ghana cedis in honor of a promise he made sometime ago, saying,"I will always fulfil my promises to the people no matter how long it takes".

He recounted his days as the District Chief Executive for the West Gonja District when he stood up with the support of the Mills-Mahama administration to ensure that the Damongo-Fulfulso-Sawla road was constructed.

The legislator disclosed that during the said period,he worked with the then District Fire Commander to secure a Fire Tender or Fire Truck for the district.
